Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
All refunds are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) — the currency in which your original transaction was settled. This applies regardless of the display currency (USD, GBP, EUR) shown at the time of browsing. Refunds are issued in compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines and are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, via our payment gateway, TransactPay.
