These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OmniShoppers website located at omnishoppers.com (the "Platform"), operated by OmniShoppers (CAC Business Name, BN 8386733, registered 3 April 2025; sole proprietor Memunat Mohammed; registered address: Canaan Estate, Sangotedo, Lagos State, Nigeria). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform — whether by browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular:
Pricing and currency: All transactions on OmniShoppers are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices may be displayed in other currencies (USD, GBP, EUR) for reference only; the NGN amount at checkout is the binding contract price.
Taxes: Prices displayed may be inclusive of applicable VAT or other taxes imposed by Nigerian law. Any additional levies imposed after order placement will be communicated to you before processing.
Payment processing: Payments are processed by TransactPay, a third-party payment gateway. OmniShoppers does not store, access, or process your card or bank-account details directly. Your payment data is subject to TransactPay's own terms and privacy policy.
Order confirmation: An order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued where payment has been taken.
Failed payments: If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds and correct payment details before retrying.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the OmniShoppers name and logo, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of OmniShoppers or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian copyright and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.
Our refund and returns practices are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, OmniShoppers, its proprietor, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
